This workshop provides nonprofit organizations with an introduction to the basic elements of a mission-driven communications strategy — including identifying audiences, crafting cogent messages, and using a variety of tools and techniques to deliver them. Includes breakout exercises on messaging perspectives, relating audiences to messages and platforms, and communications “makeovers”.
