Please be sure to include the following information:
- Name of your fund
- Name and website of the organization you would like to support
- Amount of the grant
- Any other grant instructions or restrictions
Procedures for grant payment
Grants are usually paid within one week of the Community Foundation’s receipt of your recommendation. Each grant check is sent to the recipient organization accompanied by customized letter with: the name of your fund, any grant instructions or restrictions and a check acknowledgement receipt. You will receive a letter from the Community Foundation listing the grant recommendations which have been approved and mailed.
